The province of Occidental Mindoro is now placed under Alert Level 2 by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Deseases (IATF-MEID). This applies also for Sablayan and Pandan Island.

To enter the province of Mindoro Occidental local tourists need the following documents:

1.  for non Vaccinated: Valid ID with signature +RTPCR Test result + Booking or Certification from LGU Tourism Office and TCP Spass
2. for vaccinated : Valid ID with Vacination Card+ booking or Certification from LGU tourism office  and TCP Spass

Foro foreign tourists the following rules apply:

• they are a citizen/national of the countries entitled to a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days (Advisory Bureau of Immigration, Annex A);
• they are fully vaccinated;
• they carry/possess an acceptable proof of vaccination according to the competent Philippine authority’s requirements;
• they present a negative RT-PCR test taken within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date and time of departure from the country of origin/first port of embarkation in a continuous travel to the Philippines;
• have valid tickets for their return journey to the port of origin or next port of destination not later than 30 days from the date of arrival in the Philippines;
• have passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months at the time of arrival to the Philippines; and
• obtain, prior to arrival, a travel insurance for COVID-19 treatment costs from reputed insurers, with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000.00 for the duration of their stay in the Philippines.

• TCP Spass (see below) needed to travel from Manila to San Jose by plane.
• Traze app:  https://www.traze.ph/download , needed at the airport in San Jose, Mindoro Occidental

You can optain the TCP Spass here ( you need a scan of your vaccination card or PCR Test and your booking confirmation from Pandan Island Resort to fill out the online form. Note: You need also a Filipino phone number to be able to complete the form, you can get a SIM-card upon arrival in Manila or in many phone shops or even sari-sari stores in almost every village.
