The province of Occidental Mindoro is now placed under Alert Level 2 by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Deseases (IATF-MEID). This applies also for Sablayan and Pandan Island.
To enter the province of Mindoro Occidental local tourists need the following documents:

You can optain the TCP Spass here ( you need a scan of your vaccination card or PCR Test and your booking confirmation from Pandan Island Resort to fill out the online form. See also attached screenshots below.
Note: You need also a Filipino phone number to be able to complete the form, you can get a SIM-card upon arrival in Manila or in many phone shops or even sari-sari stores in almost every village. Contact the resort if you need assistance. For more details on the guidelines please check the official document from the office of the mayor of Sablayan.

The price is 250 pesos for 1 person + 50 p for each additional person. The maximum capacity of the bangka is 10 passengers. The normal operation hours are from 6 am to 5 pm.
